At uMusic Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your uMusic account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
